The brand identity process is the foundation for all my website projects. This includees a customized brand strategy questionnaire, a competitor analysis to determine your market position, and a brand style guide to use in all your marketing efforts.

Custom training videos where I show you how to navigate the back end of your site and show you how to change photos + do general upkeep so your site never feels outdated. This is recorded and given to you to reference anytime.
4 hours of tech support for up to one month after launch of the custom website, or 1 hour of support for up to 2 weeks for the VIP service.
